The Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening (MPGIS), through the Provincial Governance Strengthening Programme (PGSP), is Re-advertising for suitably qualified persons for the following Consultancy Position:

With the enhanced Provincial Government Development Planning processes, thus inclusive participation of communities with the provincial governments through the Ward Development Committees (WDCs) and with the increase in Provincial Development Capacity Development Fund, the MPGIS is strengthening the capacity of the Provincial Governments with experts in the various sectors.
Therefore, the objective of this consultancy is to provide high level technical support to the Provincial Planning Division in investment programming and planning based on provincial funds. Thus, provide training and technical support to the WDCs and Provincial Planning team.
