SICCI supports the RSIPF with cartons of water

The Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) supports the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) operations with cartons of water today, 14 May 2026.

The support is part of the business communities under SICCI for the RSIPF during the election of the prime minister tomorrow (15 May 2026).

This initiative reflects the commitment of local businesses to ensure the RSIPF have enough water for the operation. By providing essential resources, it will enhance the RSIPF to keep police safe during the operation.

RSIPF Commissioner Mr. Ian Vaevaso thanked the Chief Executive Officer (SICCI) Mr. James Dolarii for the support rendered to the RSIPF.

Commissioner Vaevaso emphasized the importance of community collaboration in maintaining security and order during the election of the prime minister.

Mr. Vaevaso said the partnership between local businesses and the RSIPF is a testament to their shared dedication to fostering a safe and secure environment for all citizens.

He highlighted that such cooperation not only enhances public safety but also strengthens trust between law enforcement and the business community.

“Moving forward, both the RSIPF and local businesses aim to implement more initiatives that promote safety and engagement,” said the police chief.
