As the Minister responsible for Provincial Governments, I congratulate the Central Provincial Premier, Hon. Kenneth Sagupari and your Executive, all Members of the Central Islands Provincial Assembly, Speaker Hon. Francis Moah, the Administration, and the Good People of Central Islands Province, on this very important occasion of your 44th Second Appointed Day Anniversary to be celebrated on 30th June 2024.
