As we enter this year’s joyous festive season, let us be reminded that Christmas is a special time of the year that reunite families and friends together.
It is a divine time for the world to light candles together in remembrance of the miraculous birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, the beloved son of God who came down in human form into this sinful world and redeemed his life to save humanity.
As we take time to rekindle on the birth of our Savior, let us rejoice with love, joy, peace and positivity.
May this Christmas bring us good tidings, peace, love and prosperity as we join families and friends across our beloved country, to remember the marvelous gift, the Son of God who is our eternal hope and Prince of Peace.
Christmas is a time not only to rejoice but is also a time to reflect on our past, embrace our successes and learn from our failures of 2021 with prayer, honoring God for His Grace, love and faithfulness throughout the year, despite, the challenges that this year has brought, especially with the impacts of Covid-19 on the economy and our livelihoods.
To all our staff and constituency officers, the ministry wishes to also thank you all for your continuous commitment, efforts and time towards supporting delivery of services in our constituencies despite the impacts brought about by the pandemic and other related challenges.
The ministry’s successful implementation of its work programs in 2021 would not be possible without your contributions. We look forward to the same cordial working relationship in 2022 as we continue to serve our people.
Merry Christmas and prosperous happy New Year, 2022.
God bless Solomon Islands from shore to shore.
