Make a Statutory Declaration

An individual who is making a statutory declaration must personally take their oath before a Commissioner for Oath before it can be administered. The contents of the statutory declaration must be true to the best of their knowledge. $20 is charged per document.

Any person who wilfully makes a false statement in a Statutory Declaration will be liable for a misdemeanour pursuant to Section 106 of the Penal Code.
