Easter is a time where Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is a celebration of the triumph of life over death. Jesus was crucified on Good Friday, buried and rose from death on the third day. Jesus’s resurrection is a symbol of hope, renewal, and new life. Therefore, as Christians we must acknowledge this message of hope by the renewal of our faith through the cleansing of the blood of Jesus Christ and rising with him to everlasting life.
1 Peter 1:3
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great Mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
