Message:
As we again celebrate yet another Easter season for this year 2025, let us be reminded with the gospel of John 3:16 that tells us of God’s love for the world which he manifested by sending his only begotten son, Jesus Christ to earth with the mission to fulfil God’s provision of salvation to mankind.
Easter is a time that we reflect on the significance of the Life, Ministry, Death and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ who has become God’s only atonement for sin and through him the relationship between God and man can be restored for which man can behold the glory of God the Father and eternal life.
So may we use this Easter to build and strengthen our relationship with God through Christ Jesus with renewed mind, faith, joy, and peace. Let us open our hearts for him to teach us of his ways and let us walk in his path of righteousness because God’s righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). As a Christian country, let us continue to faithfully uphold the principles and values of Christianity.
Despite development challenges faced by the Ministry in the first quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Communication and Aviation stands to reassure its commitment in serving the Government and people of Solomon Islands through development projects currently on-going in both the Communication and Aviation Sectors. The Ministry’s development aims focusses on constructing of new green field airports, re-opening and upgrading of airports in some rural parts of the country and also connecting our Islands together through communication infrastructures that provide Solomon Islanders with access to communication services.
Once again, the Ministry of Communication and Aviation would like to wish the Government and good people of Solomon Islands a blessed Easter Festive Celebration showing the light of Jesus resurrection with new hope of salvation.
