DPM Sade confident in supporting PM Wale and the Government

Honiara, Solomon Islands – Newly sworn-in Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Public Service, Hon. Francis Sade, is confident and determined to support Prime Minister Mathew Cooper Wale and the Government.

Sade, MP for Northwest Guadalcanal, said he’s ready to work with the government to deliver policies and mandates, drawing on his experience as former Guadalcanal Premier.

“I think my experience gave me the confidence to support the PM and to lead leaders,” he said.

Sade was sworn in by the Governor General, His Excellency, Sir David Tiva Kapu, alongside six other Ministers.

Prime Minister Wale said he is hoping to fill up the remaining ministerial portfolios soon.
