CSSI Professional Development Advisor Farewelled
The Correctional Service of Solomon Islands (CSSI) has recently bid farewell to CSSI Professional Development Advisor Angelique Deep after serving the CSSI for several months within the Correctional Academy.
CSSI Deputy Commissioner Operation Michael Nagu says, I am really thankful to have had you advisor, Angelique Deep for your service rendered during your time in Solomon Islands.
“I cannot express enough gratitude to you, for how much you have offered to the Executive of the CSSI and the Correctional Service Academy you have been attached to during your time as an Advisor,”
On behalf of all Ranks and Files of CSSI, I would like to sincerely thank Advisor Deep for accepting our request to work with counterparts in the CSSI Correctional Service Training Academy (CSTA) to advance key elements of CSSI’s Professional Development Programs.
In her farewell brief remarks Advisor Deep acknowledge the CSSI Senior Executive, Directors and Commandant for their unwavering support and commitment in driving the Agency going forward, more especially in the Human Resources Department and the Correctional Training Academy.
“The work that has been progressively undertaken in our agency are progressing well and this cannot be achieved without teamwork and dedication. We have never lost sight of what we wanted to achieve as a Team, and this has kept us focused”, says Deep.
She also acknowledge the ongoing support and partnership from the Ministry of PNS&CS, Executive Team and the Australian Government.
The work of Adviser in CSSI are framed by a commitment to ensure that Professional Standards are enhanced and maintained through improved training in Correctional Services, in accordance with the Policy priorities of the Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services.
