Sincere Christmas Greetings to all of you.
Christmas is that time of the year during which we reflect with thankfulness not only on our accomplishments but also on battles fought and won both individually and collectively. As a Christian nation, we attest every triumph to the divine providence of God and our resilience, unity and positivity.
The message of this season should inspire us to be exemplary in kindness and thoughtfulness of one another as we remember not only the sacrifices of those before us, but also the marginalised in our communities who in their own unique ways also contributed in building a responsible society for the next generation of citizens. This, therefore, calls for responsibility in the way we celebrate with families, friends and loved ones.
Unitedly, let us look into the future with optimism and courage while protecting the fundamental principles of our democracy according to which the affairs of our society, are administered.
