My good people, as we approach the end of year 2021, we acknowledge that this year has been a challenge, as the global pandemic has increased our country’s vulnerability and the most recent unrest have made us even more vulnerable to the devastation to our national economy.
As we celebrate this festive season and looking forward to welcoming 2022, let us be reminded of God’s divine intervention to save mankind through the birth, of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in our hearts and minds.
While we have triumphed in some areas and experienced some unforeseen challenges and difficulties, let the message of the new born King and the Prince of Peace, gives us hope, joy, love, renewal and righteousness.
Therefore, let us remain positive and optimistic about the future of our nation, and pray for Gods divine mercy and guidance to lead us through these challenges as we make significant progresses in the years ahead.
Solomon Islands is resilient, and we are blessed with abundant natural resources with our traditional and cultural practices that is keeping our people together and motivating us through difficult situations and crisis.
