
Biggest showcase of local business opens Wednesday 9 at SINU Village
Honiara, 7 September 2026 – Get ready to shop local, meet innovators, and see the future of Solomon Islands business.
The 2026 Annual National Trade Fair officially opens Wednesday, 9 September 2026 at SINU Village, Honiara, under the theme: “Innovation Today for a Greater Sustainable Solomon Islands Tomorrow.”
Hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration (MCILI), the Trade Fair is the country’s premier platform for local businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors to connect, showcase, and grow.
This year’s event will feature hundreds of exhibitors from across the country — including SMEs, community groups, manufacturers, government agencies, and development partners — all displaying products, services, and new business ideas made in Solomon Islands.
“This is your chance to support local businesses, find new products, and build opportunities that grow our economy,” MCILI said in a statement today.
“We encourage the public, buyers, and partners to come, engage, and experience what Solomon Islands has to offer.”
