The Ministry of Communication and Aviation extends warm Christmas greetings to all citizens and residents of the Solomon Islands, as well as our partners and friends abroad.
Let us be reminded that Christmas is a sacred time when we remember the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. His coming into the world is the fulfilment of Almighty God’s masterplan for salvation to all mankind – a gift of hope, peace and eternal life.
As we celebrate this blessed occasion, let us reflect on the true meaning of Christmas: Love, Unity and Compassion. May the birth of Christ inspire us to strengthen our bonds as families, communities and as a nation, working together for peace, progress, prosperity and the continued growth of Solomon Islands.
The Ministry of Communication and Aviation acknowledges with deep gratitude the leadership of both our national and provincial leaders and the resilience and cooperation of our people in facing challenges and striving together for progress throughout the year 2025. Together, we have continued to strengthen communication networks and aviation services that connect our Islands and support national developments.
May this festive season inspire us to work hand in hand for a brighter future, fostering innovation, safety and progress in our communication and aviation sectors.
