As the Minister responsible for Provincial Governments, I congratulate the Temotu Provincial Premier, Hon. Stanley Tehiahua and your Executive, all Members of the Temotu Provincial Assembly, Speaker Hon. Edward Daiwo, the Administration, and the Good People of Temotu Province, on this very important occasion of your 42nd Second Appointed Day Anniversary Celebrations.
