Lot2: Engaging a consultant for the petroleum Legislation Review & Reform.
The Ministry of Mines, Energy & Rural Electrification had extended the submission of the request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with instruction to consultants’ clause 2.1.7, in which all rights and obligation of the Ministry of Mines, Energy & Rural Electrification and the Consultants previously subject to the original deadline shall then be subject to the new deadline.
The new deadline for submission of RFP will be due on the Wednesday 4th June 2025. Time is 2:00pm. The new deadline is subject to the purchaser initiative and also in response to clarifications requested by prospective consultants. Also the new deadline is to allow Tenderers reasonable time to take the amendment into account.
Finally, without liability, the Ministry of Mines, Energy & Rural Electrification (Purchaser) shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any other Tender.
