Message:
On this joyous occasion of our 48th Independence Anniversary, the Ministry of Communication and Aviation extends its warmest greetings and heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of Solomon Islands.
“From the white sandy shores of the Shortland Islands in the West to the coral Islands of Temotu in the East; from the pristine beaches of Lord Howe Atoll in the North to the rocky shores of Rennell and Bellona in the South, we stand together as one people, one nation, united under one flag.”
As we look back on our journey since 1978, we celebrate the resilience, unity, and diverse cultural heritage that define our beautiful Hapi Isles.
The Ministry of Communication and Aviation remains deeply committed to bridging the distances that separate our islands. Through advancing our telecommunication networks and modernizing our aviation infrastructures, we strive to ensure every Solomon Islander is connected—not just to each other, but to the global community.
As we celebrate our 48th Independence Anniversary, let us renew our commitment to working together for a more connected, prosperous, and peaceful Solomon Islands.
”United in Diversity, Building Our Nation Together.”
May God bless our Government, guide our leaders, and look over the good people of Solomon Islands.
Happy 48th Independence Day, 2026 and God Bless Solomon Islands.
