SOUTH PACIFIC OIL DONATES 15000 LITERS OF FUEL TO FIGHT COVID-19

South Pacific Oil Company Ltd today donated 15000 liters of diesel to the N-DOC Camp Management Committee through the National Disaster operations Committee. The donation is SP Oils assistance towards the Governments effort to fight off the threat of COVID-19 from reaching our shores.

South Pacific Oils donation follows on from assistance received from various SOE’s in recent days. Solomon Ports and Solomon Power have each delivered $5 Million dividend to support Governments effort to implement COVID-19 preparedness and response plan. The diesel fuel will be used to run three generators at the GBR Quarantine facility at Henderson.

Donating the fuel yesterday General Manager of South Pacific Oil Mr. Carson Korowa said “In these strange but challenging times, we need to work together to face the challenges facing our nation”.
