• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline
• Advantageous: Masters or PhD in a social science discipline
• Minimum of 15 years as Head of Ministry/Agency
• Meet the requirements of section 57A of the Constitution and sections 16 & 17 of the Electoral Act 2018
