HONIARA, SOLOMON ISLANDS — The Office of the Ombudsman welcome two new officers, after the swearing-in ceremony and administration of the Oath of Office for two new investigators, Ms. Freda Kuraia and Ms. Junita Dotho.
The ceremony took place at the Isaac Qoloni House conference room in Honiara, 28th October 2026 and was witnessed by the management and staff of the office. The official ceremony was presided over by the recently appointed Ombudsman, Mr. Dick Stanley Pirione.
While both officers officially joined the Office earlier this year, their formal swearing-in was delayed due to the absence of the Ombudsman in Office.
