Graduate Training Program Cohort 3 – 2026

Are you a graduate with a passion to serve? If so, this is your opportunity to join the team that contributes to improving the lives of all Solomon Islanders.

The Solomon Islands Inland Revenue Division (SIIRD), under the Ministry of Finance and Treasury (MOFT), is offering 25 graduate positions for talented individuals to apply their university knowledge and develop transferable skills.

Selected graduates will participate in a comprehensive training and development program, gaining practical experience in tax administration, tax compliance and human resource management.

Upon successful completion of the 12-18month program, graduates will be considered for permanent positions within SIIRD, based on performance assessments throughout the program.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from graduates with degrees in the following fields:

1. Accounting
2. Audit
3. Economics
4. Finance
5. Human Resources/ Management

Please include in your expression of interest the following;

• Application cover sheet (To be Collected at Melanesian Pacific Haus)
• CV
• Certified copies of certificates and academic transcripts and qualification
• 2 reference letters from non-relative

All expressions of interest are to be submitted to SIIRD HR office located at the Melanesian Pacific Haus by 4:30pm on Friday 25^th September 2026.
