Ministry of Public Service Conducts its Third Quarter Reflection Workshop

The Ministry of Public Service (MPS) successfully hosted its Third Quarter Reflection, Sharing, and Learning Workshop on Friday, 31st October 2025, at the IPAM Training Room at the National Sports Stadium. The event, held under the theme “Information Sharing Promotes Accountability and Instils Learning,” brought together all senior staff of the Ministry to review and reflect on the progress made during the third quarter of the 2025 Annual Work Plan (AWP) implementation.

The purpose of the workshop was to provide a dedicated space for reflection, sharing, and learning from the Ministry’s performance over the past quarter. It offered an opportunity for staff to assess achievements, challenges, and lessons learned in implementing various activities under the 2025 AWP. This reflective approach is part of the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to improving accountability, enhancing learning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the public service.

Throughout the session, divisional representatives presented progress reports and shared success stories highlighting the Ministry’s accomplishments in the third quarter. Staff took time to celebrate key milestones and achievements while also discussing areas where improvements are needed to ensure the effective delivery of MPS goals and outputs. The workshop further served as a platform to gather valuable insights and information for the compilation of the MPS Third Quarterly Report 2025 and the MPS Third Quarter Newsletter, which will capture the Ministry’s performance, highlights, and achievements for wider dissemination.

In addition to reviewing progress, the session also encouraged open dialogue and the exchange of ideas on how to strengthen implementation strategies for the remainder of the 2025 work plan. Participants identified innovative approaches and practical measures to address existing challenges and enhance coordination across all divisions. The reflections and inputs gathered from the workshop will play an important role in refining the Ministry’s plans and activities for the final quarter of the year.

In closing, the Ministry’s leadership commended all officers for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the Ministry’s objectives.
