•   Remarks from HCC City Clerk
•    Briefing for all clean-up volunteers
•   Clean up zones/area by HCC & Volunteers team leaders
•   Briefing on data collection by MECDM

• Undertake River Clean Up to be coordinated by Clean up zone team leaders
• Clean Up data collection to be coordinated by MECDM & HCC Reps with allocated volunteer group

• Clean Up teams return to assembling area (Note: Light refreshments to be served)
• Vote of thanks to volunteers
• Closing prayer

• Rubbish Collection and disposal at assigned areas
• PET Bottles -Tuvaruhu/Lindsay’s area at Henderson/stored at designated location
  Aluminum cans- BJS/Joe Kelesi
  Organics (Kangkongs, grass,etc)-Dobo Detke’s compound
  Others-Ranadi dumpsite
