SUBJECT: Revised National Examination Timetable 2022
Announcements
Further to the circular issued; dated 19th September 2022 on the National Examinations timetable, the Ministry would like to inform you all about the revised dates for the 2022 National Examinations. The national examinations will begin on Monday 21st November and end on Thursday 1st December 2022.
You are all advised that the National Examinations shall be administered over a period of two weeks. Details of the examination timetables are as follows.
Year 9 (SIF3) Examinations will commence on Tuesday 22nd November and end on Friday 25th November.
Year 11 (Form 5) Examinations will commence on Monday 21st November and end on Thursday 1st December.
Year 12 (Form 6) Examinations will commence on Monday 21st November and end on Wednesday 30th November.
All Education Authorities and School Principals are advised to inform teachers, students and parents about the revised 2022 National Examination Timetables so that they are all made aware of the revised examination dates or timetable for each subject area and level.
The National Examination guidelines and instructions, confirmation list of students and reporting forms and the National Examination papers, addressed to each school principals will be sent to the school principals soon. Principals are advised to open the envelope containing each examination paper (e.g. Year 9 English or Year 11 Science) before the paper is administered to the students on the first day. All forms must be filled properly by the appointed invigilators and supervisors. Please do complete the forms as these provide important information about the students that NEAD will use for the purpose of integrity checks to confirm the students’ examination marks.
SISC Design Technology CAT – This technical drawing should be carried out during the two weeks of the Examination period. Please ensure that all students taking this subject is provided with the assessment papers on the first day of the National Examinations.
Finally, the National Examination and Assessment Division would like to thank all the Education Authorities and school leaders in advance, for the smooth administration of this year’s national examination papers to the students of Year 9, 11 and 12.
