Name of Project: Clearing and Grubbing Works for Road Network at South Honiara Subdivision
The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Survey invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Works for the Road network within the south Honiara Subdivision. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before Monday 16th November at 2pm. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 21 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below;

A non-refundable fee of $150.00 shall be paid to the Ministry of Lands Cashier or the Ministry of Finance before the tender documents can be collected. Proof of payment may be required upon collection.
