INVITATION TO TENDER

The Ministry (MECDM) invites interested eligible bidders to submit tenders for the supply of gravelling, Compaction, Clean Up the existing Area and construction of picket fence for Henderson Wild Life Facility.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering Procedures Specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and Procurement and Administration Manual 2022, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.

Inspection of the Bidding Documents at the above address from 8.30am to 4.00pm weekdays before the due date on Wednesday 4^th November,2026, at 2.00pm.

A complete set of Tender Documents in English can be obtained on producing receipt of $200.00 non-refundable fee payment from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Cashier.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, be submitted addressed to:  Chairman Ministry Tender Board, MECDM, P.O Box 21, Honiara, by or no later than 2.00pm, Wednesday 4^th November 2026.

Tender submissions must be in sealed envelope clearly stating the tender name, and tender reference number on the envelope. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened on Wednesday 4^th November 2026, venue: at Environment and Conservation Division Vavaya Ridge, Elliot Ragomo Building MECDM. Time: at 3pm.
