TENDER INVITATION
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW IPAM 4 LEVEL COMPLEX NEXT TO MPS BUILDING, HIBISCUS AVENUE, POINT CRUZ, HONIARA

1. Invites sealed Tenders for the Construction of MPS New IPAM (4) Level Complex (Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and Third Floor), next to MPS Building, Hibiscus Avenue, Point Cruz, Honiara Solomon Islands.

Full details are provided in the Specifications and Works Requirement of the Tender documents

2. To be eligible for evaluation a tenderer must meet the following criteria:

3. 1. Be duly registered business under SIG Law
   2. Valid HCC licence for 2026
   3. Tenderers will need to provide evidence of their Tax obligation with the Inland Revenue Division (Tax compliant status)
   4. Maintain a bank account with any bank operating in Solomon Islands and
   5.  Provision of recent bank account statement
   6. Not be subjected to any blacklisting or restrictions to eligibility as per tender instruction to tenderers
   7. Must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar contract similar size and technical complexity in similar locations and Conditions in the last five years
   8.  Must have no record of poor or failed contract performance
4. Tendering will be conducted through the SIG Standard Competitive Tendering Procedures, and is open to all Eligible tenderers as defined in the Tender

6. All Tenders in accordance with the instructions to tenderers must be delivered to;

Tender will be close at 2:00 pm Thursday 22^nd October 2026 and opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Leaf Hut at or before 2:00 pm, Thursday 22^nd October 2026

5. Tender Envelope for Tenders are to be marked appropriately in separate Envelopes Citing the Contract Name and CTB number. Mark the “Tenderer’s Name” on the outside of the envelope and Tenderers must ensure they fill in the “Lodgement Register” at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, upon submission of the tender.
6. Cost of Documents:A non-refundable fee of SBD$250.00 is required for the Tender Documents- MoFT Cashier and present your receipt for collection of Tender Documents at MPS HQ, Opposite Ministry of Lands, Housing and Survey
7. The Central Tender Board (CTB) reserves the right to accept or reject any Or all the tenders.
