INVITATION TO TENDER

Interested eligible bidders are invited to Tender  for the works described below. Detailed scope of the works required, specifications, bid form, abd model contract agreement can be obtained from the Provincial Headquarters or the contacts provided. Instructions to bidders and pre-qualification requirements are included with the tender documents.

A non -refundable fee of $SBD$100.00 will be charged for obtaining a complete set of the bidding documents.

Tenders close at 2:30 PM on the 19th October 2026. Any bids received after the closing time and date will be accepted for consideration. 

The Provincial Government is not bound to accept the lowest bid of any tender. Failure to comply with the tender instructions may lead to disqualification of the bids.

Any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in their favour will cause automatic disqualification and may lead to criminal proceedings.
