• Communicable Diseases:
  1. Basic diagnosis and treatment for malaria, dengue, TB, STIs and HIV
  2. Inpatient services for admission, monitoring, management and referral of severe malaria and dengue cases

  1. Implementation of Solomon Islands Package of Essential NCD intervention
  2. Chronic disease care
  3. Basic dental services

  5. Frontline management of mental disorders

• Community / Population Based Health Services:
  1. Provision of satellite clinics by facility bases staff
  2. Healthy islands monitoring and assessment of disasters and outbreaks
  3. Disaster risk management and outbreak responses
  4. Community based prevention and promotion services including IEC
  5. Community based treatment and care services
  6. Community based rehabilitation services
  7. Environmental health inspections
• Support Services:
  1. Information management (collection of vital statistics)
  2. Referral capability and communications
  3. Infection prevention and control
  4. Supervisory, support and management of primary health care facilities
  5. Pharmacy dispensing and counselling
  6. Basic laboratory services such as hemoglobin testing and point-of-care tests.
  7. Coordinate disaster responses.
