Tender Advertisement

The Solomon Islands Electoral Commission (SIEC) under the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (OPMC) now invites eligible Contractors for the Demolition and Asbestos Removal works to the Old burnt down SIEC Office Building and Residential Quarters, to submit tenders for the above construction works.

Bidding documents can be inspected at the OPMC Office between: 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (working days)

A Contractor will be selected under Solomon Islands Government Competitive Tendering procedures, specified in the Financial Instruction s and Procurement and contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may obtained by interested Tenderer upon payment of $150.00 at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury CRC cashier.

Tenders MUST be delivered in sealed envelopes to the CTB Secretary, Ministry of Finance & Treasury at or before 2pm Thursday 24^th September 2026. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the MOFT Leaf Hut at 2:30pm on the 24^th September 2026. Take note that any late or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted.
