INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Infrastructure Development invites eligible and suitably qualified Tenderers to submit sealed Tenders for the following procurement:

- Bidding documents will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Public Procurement Regulation 2021 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
- Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from MID Mechanical Division, Mr Philip Tanikoba PTanikoba@mid.gov.sb/ or Mr Galokisa Lukisi Galokisa.Lukisi@sig.gov.sb, Phone 21141, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the MID Mechanical Division, PO BOX G8- Honiara, Solomon Islands, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm during working days.
- A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD 150.00 Paid to the MID Cashier or MOFT Central Revenue Cashier.
- All Tenders in one original plus a copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address: Chairman, Ministerial Tender Board (MTB), Ministry of Infrastructure Development, PO Box G8, Honiara, Solomon Islands at or before 2 pm on the 24th September 2026. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development-Mechanical Office Conference Room.
