INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Infrastructure Development invites eligible and suitably qualified Tenderers to submit sealed Tenders for the following procurement:

1. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE
The procurement shall be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure in accordance with the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Public Procurement Regulations 2021, and Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022.
The tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who meet the requirements specified in the Bidding Documents.
2. INFORMATION AND INSPECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents during normal working hours, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on working days, at:

3. PURCHASE OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
A complete set of the Bidding Documents, prepared in English, may be obtained by interested Tenderers upon submission of a personal or written application to the address stated above.
A non-refundable fee of SBD 200.00 shall be payable for the Bidding Documents.
Payment may be made to:
- MID Cashier, Ministry of Infrastructure Development; or
- MOFT Central Revenue Cashier, Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
Tenderers are advised to obtain and carefully examine the complete Bidding Documents, including all instructions, specifications, schedules and conditions before preparing and submitting their Tenders.
4. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Tenderers shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their Tender, properly completed and enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes.
The sealed Tender shall be clearly marked:
“TENDER FOR THE PROVISION FOR THE SUPPLY OF FIFTEEN (15) VEHICLES FOR THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE LAND TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT UNIT – CTBC56/26”

5. TENDER CLOSING DATE AND TIME
All Tenders must be received at or before 2:00 pm on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that their Tenders are delivered to the Central Tender Board before the specified closing date and time.
6. TENDER OPENING
Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter at:

Tenderers’ representatives may attend the Tender opening if they so choose.
7. GENERAL INFORMATION
Tenderers are advised to ensure that their submissions are complete and comply fully with all requirements contained in the Bidding Documents.
The Central Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender and to annul the procurement process in accordance with the applicable SIG procurement requirements, without thereby incurring any liability to Tenderers.
