    1. To be eligible for evaluation a tenderer must meet the following criteria:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Be duly registered business under SIG Law<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Valid HCC licence for 2026<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Tenderers will need to provide evidence of their Tax obligation with the Inland Revenue Division (Tax compliant status)<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Maintain a bank account with any bank operating in Solomon Islands and<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. \u00a0Provision of recent bank account statement<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Not be subjected to any blacklisting or restrictions to eligibility as per tender instruction to tenderers<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. Must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar contract similar size and technical complexity in similar locations and Conditions in the last five years<\/span><\/li>\n
        8. \u00a0Must have no record of poor or failed contract performance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        9. Tendering will be conducted through the SIG Standard Competitive Tendering Procedures, and is open to all Eligible tenderers as defined in the Tender<\/span><\/li>\n

          1. Tender Envelope for Tenders are to be marked appropriately in separate Envelopes\u00a0Citing the Contract Name and CTB number<\/strong>. Mark the\u00a0\u201cTenderer\u2019s Name\u201d\u00a0on the outside of the envelope <\/u><\/strong>and Tenderers must ensure they fill in the\u00a0\u201cLodgement Register\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury<\/strong>, upon submission of the tender.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Cost of Documents<\/strong>:<\/strong>A non-refundable fee of SBD$<\/strong>250.00<\/strong> is required for the Tender Documents- MoFT Cashier and present your receipt for collection of Tender Documents at MPS HQ, Opposite Ministry of Lands, Housing and Survey<\/span><\/li>\n
