To all Tenderers<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The Ministry of Communication and Aviation invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply, installation and maintenance of a solar power system at the Paradise Community Telecentre & Tawatana Community telecentre. Full details of the specification are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Headquarters; Madlyn Aaron maaron@mca.gov.sb] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below Ministry of Communication and Aviation from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or on the website:<\/span> https:\/\/solomons.gov.sb\/portal_tender\/<\/u> <\/a>or mca.gov.sb<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below address at the end of document<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below Ministry of Communication and Aviation at or before 3pm and 13th<\/sup> Oct, 2026<\/strong><\/span>. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 13 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders or incomplete will be rejected. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of the Tenderers\u2019 representatives who choose to attend at the address below Ministry of Communication and Aviation before 3pm, 13th<\/sup><\/strong> Oct, 2026<\/strong>. Late or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
