Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualification Criteria <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To be considered for the Award, a tenderer must meet the Employer\u2019s Experience and Qualification requirement, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Be an SIG \u2013registered Company with a company Number (CRN) or Registration of Business Name (RBN)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Has a Tax Identification Number (TIN) with IRD<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have a Business License from either HCC or Provincial License<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Must have NPF registration number etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Has been in a construction business 2016<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Has Successful completed at least one similar works of the same size with technical complexity in the last 5 years<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have at its disposal the use of required construction equipment\u2019s<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have in its employ the required construction personnel\u2019s<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have a financial backing from the commercial banks and must show evidence of its bank<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from <strong>Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development<\/strong><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">; <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Freddy Kwakwala;<\/span> <\/strong><\/em><a href=\"mailto:FKwakwala@mal.gov.sb\"><strong><em>FKwakwala@mal.gov.sb<\/em><\/strong><\/a><em>\u00a0 <\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from <em>8:30 AM and 4:30 PM<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderer on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below, The Tender fee is <strong>$150.00 Non-Refundable<\/strong> payable at MAL Cashier ATL Building Kingdom Hall Area, Kukum High Way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before <em>[2:00 pm, Friday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> October 2026<\/em>].
