Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantities\/Schedule of Activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The expected start date on site is 30<sup>th<\/sup> Oct 2026<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The expected completion date is 30<sup>th <\/sup>Dec 2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A Contractor will be selected under Solomon Islands Government Competitive Tendering procedures, specified in SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To be considered for award, a tenderer must meet the Employer\u2019s Experience and Qualification requirements, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">be an SIG- registered company with Company Number (CRN) or Registration of Business Name (RBN) and tax Identification Number (TIN) and has been in the business of construction since 2014;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">have successfully completed at least one similar works of similar size with similar technical complexity in the last five years;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">have successfully completed at least one similar works of similar size with similar technical complexity in the last five years;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">have at its disposal the use of required construction equipment\u2019s;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">have in its employ the required construction personnel;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">have earned an annual gross sales, in building construction, of at least twice the total tender price, in any one year, in the last five years;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">show evidence in its 2020 financial statements the availability of liquid assets, net of outstanding contractual commitments, of at least 20% of total tender price; alternatively, must show evidence of access to a credit line with a reputable local bank to finance the contract; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">not have been blacklisted nor suspended by any SIG ministry or agency; it must have no record of a poor or failure of performance in any of its previous contracts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Complete set of Tender documents in English can be purchased by interested Tenderer at the <strong>MOFT cashier for the non-refundable fee of SBD200.00<\/strong>.
