INVITATION TO TENDER<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development invites eligible and suitably qualified Tenderers<\/strong> to submit sealed Tenders for the following procurement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

1. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE<\/h3>\n

The procurement shall be conducted through the Competitive Tendering<\/strong> procedure in accordance with the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Public Procurement Regulations 2021, and Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who meet the requirements specified in the Bidding Documents.<\/p>\n

2. INFORMATION AND INSPECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS<\/h3>\n

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents during normal working hours, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on working days<\/strong>, at:<\/p>\n

3. PURCHASE OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS<\/h3>\n

A complete set of the Bidding Documents, prepared in English, may be obtained by interested Tenderers upon submission of a personal or written application to the address stated above.<\/p>\n

A non-refundable fee of SBD 200.00<\/strong> shall be payable for the Bidding Documents.<\/p>\n

Payment may be made to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • MID Cashier<\/strong>, Ministry of Infrastructure Development; or<\/li>\n
  • MOFT Central Revenue Cashier<\/strong>, Ministry of Finance and Treasury.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Tenderers are advised to obtain and carefully examine the complete Bidding Documents, including all instructions, specifications, schedules and conditions before preparing and submitting their Tenders.<\/p>\n

    4. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS<\/h3>\n

    Tenderers shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy<\/strong> of their Tender, properly completed and enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The sealed Tender shall be clearly marked:<\/p>\n

    5. TENDER CLOSING DATE AND TIME<\/h3>\n

    All Tenders must be received at or before 2:00 pm on Thursday, 10 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Late Tenders will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that their Tenders are delivered to the Central Tender Board before the specified closing date and time.<\/p>\n

    6. TENDER OPENING<\/h3>\n

    Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter<\/strong> at:<\/p>\n

    Tenderers\u2019 representatives may attend the Tender opening if they so choose.<\/p>\n

    7. GENERAL INFORMATION<\/h3>\n

    Tenderers are advised to ensure that their submissions are complete and comply fully with all requirements contained in the Bidding Documents.<\/p>\n

    The Central Tender Board reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender and to annul the procurement process in accordance with the applicable SIG procurement requirements<\/strong>, without thereby incurring any liability to Tenderers.<\/p>\n
