Name of Project: Construction & Rehabilitative work on Sape farm new access road
The Ministry of Agriculture & Livestock invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Works for the Construction & Rehabilitative Work on Sape Farm New Access Road. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the Public Financial Management (Procurement) Regulations 2021 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract will be awarded to the Quality responsive evaluated tender.

A complete set of Tender documents in English can be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below: The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, P.O. Box 13, Honiara, Solomon Islands. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 upon receipt from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury for the Bidding Documents.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2pm June 8th 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the MOFT Leaf Hut at 2pm June 8th 2023.
