TENDER NOTICE

Name of Project: RURAL ELECTRIFICATION FOR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES THRU HYBRID SOLAR PV OFF-GRID POWER SYSTEM.
The SPIRES Project under Energy Division of the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply of the followings;
Lot1. Batteries for Ginger PV Solar System
Lot 2. Batteries, Solar PV Arrays and BOS for Ginger PV Solar System
Full details of the two Lots above are provided in the Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements in the BIDDING documents. Bids are to be separated for each of the two lots.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2013 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
To be eligible, tenderer must at least meet the minimal eligibility requirement as below:
Currently have active registration with the company haus
Active bank account with any of the commercial banks in the SI
HCC Business licences ( Must be current and Relevant to do procurement )
Have TIN with IRD and a compliant tax payer
Tender security in a form of Bank cheque
Tender security must be 2/3 of the Bidding amount
Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from the SPIRES Project Office, Energy Division within the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification (MMERE) at Eagle Street, Lengakiki.
A non-refundable fee of $200.00 will be charged for all BOQ and Bid Document.
