DESCRIPTION: VEHICLE HIRING FOR PG23 SECURITY OPERATION

The Solomon Islands Government through the Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services (MPNSCS), is seeking short-term vehicle hiring to support operations during the Pacific Games 2023.
The Ministry of Police National Security and Correctional Services invites entities or individuals to express their interest by collecting a form from the MPNSCS head office and submit the required information.
Interested entities or individuals must provide information detailing their Vehicle Particulars, Valid Vehicle License, Third party Insurance and a Comprehensive Insurance.
RATES
The rates under this EOI are subject to the Solomon Islands Government (SIG) standardized vehicle hiring rates.
LOT 1: SPECIFICATION FOR CAR

- Driveable by RSIPF Officer
- Clear Glass

LOT 2: SPECIFICATION FOR BUS
- 15 Seater
- Air Conditioner Working
- Driveable by RSIPF Officer
- Spare Tyre Available
- Slide-able window Glass
Entities or Individuals will be selected after going through two stages, firstly a Pre-assessment or Evaluation and if approved then a physical Inspection will be carried out thereafter.
